MUMBAI -(Dow Jones)- Indian tour and travel operator Cox & Kings (India) Ltd.s initial public offer of a little over 15.7 million shares received about 9.5 million bids, or 60% of the issue size, on the first day, a statement from the Bombay Stock Exchange said Wednesday....
